Hilltop Family Dentistry was first opened by Dr. Sylvester Owen Smith in 1989 when he set out on his own after working for Dr. Clarence Olive down the street. "Skipper," as everyone knew him, had a heart of gold and a memory like a steel trap. He never forgot a face and was always thinking of his patients, often clipping articles from the newspaper to share at their next visit. Skipper loved being a dentist. He made the difficult decision to retire in 2022.

Dr. Stephanie Price bought the practice and since then she and the team have added digital radiographs, intraoral photography, digital records, and intraoral scanning. In addition to helping diagnose, this modernized equipment helps support insurance claims so we can maximize your benefits. We also added Invisalign® clean aligner orthodontics, opalescence whitening, and oral appliances that help with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

If you are interested in high quality dentures, look no further. Dentures are difficult to do well, and we are committed to making you look and feel good in your prosthesis. If you have teeth that are failing or a current denture that you do not like come in for a no risk consultation.  We'll listen to your concerns and give you recommendations, regarding you as part of our new family.
